Tempe's Movies In The Park Returns For October

TEMPE, AZ — Movies in the Park is back at Kiwanis Park, with a lineup of family-friendly movies to enjoy under the stars.

The city announced the movie series will run Friday nights in October around dusk, at the north soccer fields at Kiwanis Park.

October 29 is a special night, with the Tempe Boo Bash preceding the movie "Hocus Pocus."

To encourage social distancing, 10-foot circles are painted on the grass, the city said.

Here is this year's lineup:

October 1: Monsters, Inc. (G)

October 8: Raya and the Last Dragon (PG)

October 15: Shrek (PG)

October 22: Frozen 2 (PG)

October 29: Hocus Pocus (PG)
