TEMPE, AZ — A warrant for missing Tempe mother Amy Harshbarger was issued in Maricopa County Superior Court Friday.

Harshbarger is charged with custodial interference, a felony, according to court documents.

Harshbarger and her two sons, 13-year-old Garrett Harshbarger and 7-year-old Miles Hammock- Harshbarger, were last seen Aug. 13 and have not been heard from since, according to Tempe police.
