TUCSON, AZ — Three adults were found dead Tuesday in a home in Tucson in an apparent murder/suicide, according to Tucson Police spokesman Frank Magos. The three adults were found inside a house in the 5300 block of East Glenn Street, police said. Tucson did not release any additional information about the deaths on Tuesday, but promised to release more information on Wednesday.
