Body Discovered After Tucson Apartment Fire: Tucson Fire Department
The fire at an apartment on East Blacklidge Drive was under control as of late Friday morning.

TUCSON, AZ — A woman's body was found late Friday morning following an apartment fire in the 3000 block of East Blacklidge drive, according to the Tucson Fire Department and the Tucson Police Department.
Police did not suspect foul play, a Tucson police spokesman told Patch via email.
The Tucson Fire Department had the fire under control Friday morning and Tucson police were on scene to investigate, the department said. The body was found during a search of the apartment building, once the fire was under control, according to the department.
