Fire That Damaged 14 Homes In Marana Being Investigated: Police
The fire that burned 14 homes Friday night that were under construction is being investigated as possible arson, according to police.
MARANA, AZ — Police and fire officials are investigating a Friday night fire in Marana that damaged 14 homes that were under construction, according to the Marana Police Department.
The fire happened around 11:30 p.m. Friday near the 10000 block of Leopard Gecko Terrace, police said.
No one was injured, and the total value of the damage was unknown as of Monday, police said.

The Marana Police Department, the Northwest Fire District and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms are investigating the fire, including looking into the possibility that it was started intentionally, police said.
Anyone who has information about the fire or its origin is asked to call the Marana Police Department or 88-crime.
