Man Arrested In Connection With Fraud At Tucson PetSmart: Sheriff

The Pima County Sheriff's Department said a local PetSmart had been investigating the man on suspicion of fraud for three years.

TUCSON, AZ — A man has been arrested in connection with fraud at a Tucson PetSmart, officials said.

The Pima County Sheriff's Department said in a news release that deputies responded to a store near Oracle and Ina Roads Monday on reports of a man attempting to return stolen items.

47-year-old Edwin Clayton Green was arrested on one count of conspiracy to commit fraudulent schemes and artifices. He has been booked into Pima County Adult Detention Complex. The sheriff's department said PetSmart had been investigating Green internally for nearly three years as they suspected him of fraudulent activity.
