More Rain, Wind Headed For Tucson: NWS
Wind gusts up to 50 mph will be possible in Tucson overnight Tuesday into Wednesday morning.
TUCSON, AZ — More rain and wind are headed for Tucson this week, according to the National Weather Service.
There's a 30 percent chance of rain during the day on Tuesday, increasing to a 60 percent chance that night, according to the National Weather Service.
A south wind of 10-15 mph is expected with the possibility of gusts between 24-40 mph possible. Higher elevations in the Tucson area could experience wind of up to 50 mph.

An overnight low of 44 degrees is forecast for Tuesday night, with a chilly high of 60 degrees on Wednesday. The rest of the week is expected to be sunny, with highs in the mid-to-upper 60s, and lows in the upper 40s, according to the National Weather Service.
Freezing overnight temperatures and snow will be possible in the higher elevations around Tucson. Overnight freezes will also be possible in the valleys south and east of Tucson.
