New laws, as passed by Congress and signed into law by President Trump in January 2020.
Many people don't get what America's new laws are all about. Especially laws against what is defined as statutory stalking. Statutory stalking is a broad term that covers numerous different acts and is a felony that carries extremely severe, harsh penalties. The following acts that constitute statutory stalking include but are not limited to;
Forming or attempting to form any type of friendship welcomed or not, while at any place of business or tertiary education, including but not limited to colleges, universities, offices, bars, restaurants, or while on any job. Forming or attempting to form any type of friendship, welcomed or not, after high school graduation.
Mingling or attempting to mingle with any person or persons whom one is not with at any public use facility, welcomed or not, which includes but is not limited to any tertiary level school, as well as at department stores, shopping malls, parks, beaches, nightclubs, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, concerts, municipal events, and downtown areas.

Joining a table at a restaurant occupied by any unrelated person or persons, whether invited/welcomed or not.
Guys, interacting or mingling with any unrelated woman that is in a relationship with, engaged, or married to, another man. Welcomed or not.

Going to a residence of any unrelated person or persons. Invited or not.
Visiting a new bar to see a bartender from another bar. Invited or not.
Single guys, looking for a girlfriend after high school graduation. Refusal to remain permanently single if single after high school graduation. Refusal to stay out of sight and out of mind of all females if single after high school graduation.
Going alone or unaccompanied to any bar, nightclub, municipal event, downtown area, or restaurant.
All of the above, plus many more similar acts, constitute statutory stalking which is a capital felony under Federal law in the United States of America, investigated by the FBI, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Military, the U.S. Marshals, the U.S. Supreme Court, and which carries a sentence of three hundred (300) years to life in prison and/or the death penalty for all involved.
