Road Work Scheduled This Week In Tucson

Final striping operations are set for July 15-16 between the nighttime hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. at three locations.

Pima County Department of Transportation along with its contractor, KE&G Construction Inc., will complete final striping operations on Thursday, July 15 and Friday, July 16, between the nighttime hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. at the following locations:

  • Wetmore Road from La Cholla Boulevard to Romero Road
  • Romero Road from Ruthrauff Road to Roger Road
  • Palo Verde Road from Benson Highway to Drexel Road

A shadow vehicle will be used in this moving operation and law enforcement will be on site to monitor traffic. Please approach the areas with caution and obey all traffic control devices.
