TUCSON, AZ — It's going to be a toasty few days in the Tucson area for this time of year, according to the National Weather Service.

The expected highs on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in Tucson were 83, 87 and 82, respectively, the weather service predicted.
Average temperatures in the Tucson this time of year are in the mid-70s.

But don't get used to the warm weather just yet. As a cold front pushes through the area on Friday, highs are expected to drop dramatically to the low 70s on Friday and Saturday and may even dip into the upper 60s on Sunday and Monday, the weather service predicted.
Weekend overnight lows are expected to be in the mid-to-upper 30s.
