Traffic detectives took over the investigation and determined that Starr was traveling south on Arcadia. As he approached Pima, he continued through the intersection and failed to stop at a posted stop sign, colliding with the Sun Tran bus. A black 2001 Ford Expedition tried to avoid the crash and swerved, crossing lanes and hitting a building.
