"I hope you are all staying healthy and are having a good start to the Spring semester. As you may have heard, COVID is going through another surge increase throughout the country, including Pima County. We want to share a few reminders to help everyone remain healthy.

  1. If you or your child is ill, or has COVID-like symptoms, please stay home and go to a Pima County Health Department COVID test site to be tested. Unfortunately with the increase of cases, TUSD has a limited number of COVID tests available in our schools.
  2. If you have not done so, please consider getting vaccinated (age 5+) and booster (age 12+). Please see the Pima County Health Department website for vaccine locations and information. Pop-up locations change weekly so please check back for additional updates.
  3. If you or your child is interested in participating in the TUSD Free COVID Pooled testing from Concentric, please contact your school office for the electronic consent form to complete.
  4. Attached is the COVID Isolation and Quarantine guideline flowchart, to provide guidance on what to do if you test COVID Positive or are exposed to COVID, or view the COVID Protocols on our website.
  5. To keep everyone safer, please remember to wear a face-covering if you are in a public indoor space.

Thank you for your support and willingness to keep our community safe and healthy."
