Students at Arkansas State University enjoyed a taste of home before heading into the Thanksgiving break at the annual Thanksgiving Dinner

Students at Arkansas State University enjoyed a taste of home before heading into the Thanksgiving break at the annual Thanksgiving Dinner hosted in the Acansa Dining Hall. This cherished event, held on November 20th at 4:00 PM, brought the campus community together for a warm and festive celebration of gratitude and tradition.
The dining team prepared a homestyle southern Thanksgiving meal featuring classic dishes such as turkey, mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, green beans, and three different kinds of pies. The dining hall was transformed into a festive space with seasonal decorations, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere for students.
A standout feature of the event was the participation of Arkansas State faculty and staff, who volunteered to serve meals to students. Their involvement created an opportunity for meaningful connections between students and the campus community, highlighting the university’s commitment to student well-being and support.
