  1. Nearly 10,000 residents were left without power Sunday morning after strong thunderstorms impacted the Fort Smith area. Officials say straight-line winds reached up to 100 miles per hour during the storm, causing significant damage. As of Sunday afternoon, no injuries had been reported as a result of the weather.   2. The Fort Smith Police Department has launched its 2023 Citizen Survey. Responses to the eight-question survey will be used to help the department improve operations. It is currently only available to residents with a GovDelivery subscription. Individuals not registered who wish to take the survey can sign up here. (KFSM 5Newsonline)
  3. Propak Cares and Downtown Fort Smith teamed up to host the Annual Paddle Battle over the weekend. The table tennis competition offered matches at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels and was free to participants.
