• Renew annual amenities now online, or at Casa de Carta (hsvvoice.com) — Hot Springs Village property owners are being urged to renew their POA amenity fees by Wednesday, Jan. 31, with online payment preferred and in-person renewals available at Casa de Carta on weekdays. A wide range of 2025 fees is outlined, from golf, pickleball, and fitness to boat permits, pet registration, and the DeSoto Dog Park, helping residents budget and choose the options that fit their lifestyle. 
• Superintendents discuss districts' grades (hsvvoice.com) — Hot Springs Village’s POA Governmental Affairs Committee recently heard local superintendents explain new district letter grades and what they mean for Jessieville, Fountain Lake, and nearby schools. Leaders discussed recent B and C grades, improvement plans, teacher bonuses funded by a grant, and how possible federal changes might shift education funding while leaving day-to-day district operations largely tied to the state.
