• Delta Regional Authority names 2026 Delta Leadership Institute Executive Academy class (talkbusiness.net) — Paragould residents will see one of their own, Teresa Branch of the Paragould Regional Chamber of Commerce, representing the city in the 2026 Delta Leadership Institute Executive Academy. She joins two other Arkansans in a 33-member regional cohort focused on improving infrastructure, workforce development, and economic growth across the Delta. Their training could help bring fresh ideas and partnerships back to local communities.
   

• Arkansas program providing at-home visits for high-risk pregnancies to expand to Paragould (arktimes.com) — High-risk pregnant women on Medicaid in Paragould will soon gain access to St. Bernards’ Maternal Life360 HOME program, which brings medical and social-support visits directly into their homes. The expansion is part of Arkansas’ broader ARHOME initiative to improve maternal health, even as statewide debates continue over postpartum Medicaid coverage and other reforms.
