CALIFORNIA — This week in California business news: the White House bragged about a change at In-N-Out that was actually just an April Fool's joke, a new train line could bring passengers between Los Angeles and Coachella, and a Trump-themed store is roiling one California beach town due to its offensive t-shirts.
