Average San Diego County Gas Price Lowest Amount Since July 13

SAN DIEGO, CA - The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in San Diego County dropped four-tenths of a cent Tuesday to $3.141, its lowest amount since July 13.

The average price is seven-tenths of a cent less than one week ago, 2.9 cents lower than one month ago and 75.1 cents cheaper than one year ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.

Prior to Tuesday, the average price had not changed by more than two- tenths of a cent for eight consecutive days.
