Home Prices Dropping In These 5 CA Counties: Report
Prices are lower in one county than they were a decade ago, according to personal finance website GOBankingRates.
CALIFORNIA — Detached home values have dropped over the past several years in five California counties, according to personal finance website GOBankingRates.
“If you’re thinking of buying property in one of these areas, this could be good and bad news,” the website reported. “You’ll likely get a better price than you would’ve a few years ago, but you could end up losing money if property values continue to decline and you need to sell.”
GOBankingRates used data from the California Association of Realtors and the U.S. Census to determine declining markets.
