'Smallville' Star Tom Welling Accused Of DUI In NorCal
The actor, who played Clark Kent and Superman in the popular series, was reportedly arrested outside an Arby's in Yreka.
YREKA, CA — Actor and producer Tom Welling was arrested Monday in Northern California on suspicion of driving under the influence, according to multiple media reports.
Welling, 47, starred in the long-running CW series "Smallville," playing Clark Kent and Superman throughout the show's 10-year run, and played Cain in the third season of Fox fantasy series "Lucifer."
As KTLA reports, Welling was arrested early Monday in the parking lot of an Arby's in Yreka, just hours after posting a birthday tribute to his wife, Jessica Rose Lee, on Instagram.

According to jail records, Welling was booked into the Siskiyou County Jail shortly after 7 a.m. and was cited and released pending an arrangement hearing.
Beyond his television work, Welling co-starred in the films "Cheaper by the Dozen," "Cheaper by the Dozen 2," and the 2005 remake of "The Fog."
