These 3 CA Sandwich Shops Ranked Among 10 Best In America By Yelp

Three of America’s top 10 sandwich shops are in California, according to a recent ranking from Yelp.

The business review website this year released its first-ever Top 100 Sandwich Shops list, based on numerous factors, among them review volume and ratings, according to Yelp.

While Franky’s Deli Warehouse in Hialeah, Florida took the No. 1 spot, three Golden State shops cracked the top 10, including:

• Sierra Subs and Salads, Three Rivers, ranked No. 2: This shop near Sequoia National Park boasts vegan and gluten-free offerings along with a view from its deck of the Kaweah River, according to Yelp. Standouts include the four-meat Manwich with olive tapenade and the Gourmet Green with turkey or chicken and almond-cilantro-jalapeño spread.
• Woods Deli, Huntington Park, No. 5: Come for the Turkey Pretzel or Italian Stallion, stay for the sense of community, which includes food giveaways for those in need and partnerships with youth programs to give jobs to teens, according to Yelp.
• Super Subs, Banning, No. 10: This spot’s beloved Asian Sub features chicken, pickled cilantro and a special secret sauce, according to Yelp, which reported that fans compare it to a banh mi.
