Agoura Hills Internet Personality Breaks Guinness World Record

AGOURA HILLS, CA — Internet illusionist Zach King broke the world record with the most viewed video on TikTok, according to Guiness World Records.

The Agoura Hills-native had a TikTok video reach 2.2 billion views as of March 15, according to Guiness World Records.

"That's an incredible number of views to wrap your head around, especially considering that there are 8 billion people on earth and many of them do not yet have internet access," according to Guinness World Records.

With 71.2 million TikTok followers, King is well-known for his digital illusions. The record-breaking video, titled "Zach Kings Magic Broomstick," shows King seemingly floating on a broomstick in a Hogwarts costume. Turns out, King was on a skateboard with a mirror covering his legs and reflecting a broomstick and a fake leg.

King posted the original video in 2019 with the caption, "They rejected my application to Hogwarts but I found a way to be a wizard."
