Agoura Hills Reduces Speed Limit Along Reyes Adobe Road

Ahead of the holiday season, a popular road for trick-or-treaters in Agoura Hills will have its speed limit lowered amid safety concerns.

AGOURA HILLS, CA — The speed limit on a stretch of Reyes Adobe Road in Agoura Hills will be lowered back to 40 mph after it was raised to 45 mph.

The change comes just before Halloween amid safety concerns for young trick-or-treaters or pedestrians visiting Reyes Adobe Park nearby, The Acorn reported.

Starting mid-October, speeding tickets will be possible for those who drive above 40 mph on the stretch of roadway between Agoura Road and Thousand Oaks Boulevard.
