Donate To Agoura Hills, Local Holiday Toy Drives
Agoura Hills is collecting toys to distribute to local children throughout the holiday season.

AGOURA HILLS, CA — Agoura Hills residents can get into the holiday spirit with a toy donation for local children at a number of different locations.
The drive started on Nov. 1 and will last through Dec. 16. Residents can drop toys at the Agoura Recreation Center, which is located at 29900 Ladyface Court and open from 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
"You have a chance to make a local child happy during the holiday season by donating a gift to the Holiday Toy Drive. All toys collected will be distributed to local children,"

Nearby, Los Angeles City Councilmember Bob Blumenfield will host a collection drive at the Tarzana Community and Cultural Center, located at 19130 Ventura Blvd., from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday.
The Calabasas Senior Center, located at 300 Civic Center Way, will also collect toys from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday until Dec. 16. The toys will be donated to underserved local children, according to the city.

The city is currently looking for volunteers to help with holiday programming, like writing letters from Santa Claus to local children. Anyone interested in volunteering can email Kimberly Hollands at khollands@agourahillscity.org.
Agoura Hills' mailbox that delivers directly to the North Pole is set up at the recreation center and will accept letters to Santa through Dec. 21.
