Explore a heart healthy, plant-based diet that does not rely on soy or dairy products as meat substitutions at the at 4 p.m. Christine Carr is a Nutrition Educator and cooking instructor who offers individual and group programs that teach simple straightforward methods of preparing whole, fresh, seasonal foods. 4. Join the 9-5'ers at Center Stage
If you love to play music and perform but never have time, this is the place for you. We assemble your band with your song choices and let you shine for the performance. All levels are welcome. This is an adult class every Thursday night from 7-9 p.m. for six weeks with performances on March 30th and April 6th. $125.00 includes all classes and performances.
