2. The Forecast: Rain, 60

Look for rain most of the day with a high near 60, according to the National Weather Service.  There's a chance of showers tonight with a low around 40.

3. Celebrate the Year of the Dragon

Chinese New Year began at midnight, according to the Chinese calendar which consists of both Gregorian and lunar-solar calendar systems. Because the track of the new moon changes from year to year, Chinese New Year can begin anytime between late January and mid-February.

4. The Ladyface Women's Fermentables & Comestibles Education & Tippling Society

The Women-Only Social Club is centered around beer tastings and food pairings. Open to all ladies: Beer beginners, enthusiasts and lady-geeks alike. Purchase your pints at the bar and have some fun! .

5. Poker League at Sagebrush Cantina

Every Monday and Thursday, Sagebrush (23527 Calabasas Rd.) hosts a free poker night beginning at 7 p.m. There are three tournaments a night and anyone can play.
