We visited Mrs. Licht's kindergarten class at  during their Great Works of Art studies.  They were learning about the self-portraits of Rembrandt.  As part of their lesson, we asked the kids to paint portraits of themselves in places they would cover if they were reporters for Patch. The beach was the most popular locale for these kids, followed by the garden and their own homes. Here are their finished masterpieces.
