Sweet XO is the brain-child of Agoura resident Scott Ehrlich and partners Corey Heimlich, Rick Gutierrez and Eric Welch, who all had previously worked together establishing successful businesses in Lancaster.

In creating their new business, the partners decided to take many of the successful concepts they'd developed in the Antelope Valley and combine them into one family, community destination, according to Heimlich.

"It's like the five and dime stores of the 1950's," said Heimlich.

The store features baked goods, frozen yogurt, tea, bulk candy, a 125-flavor soda fountain, shoes and unique gifts and toys.
