School Book Fairs in Full Swing

Looking for a meaningful holiday gift for your child? Head over to the s currently being held in the multipurpose rooms at both and .

The event, which launched Monday and runs through Friday, will help stock school libraries and classrooms with new books.

Scheduled in conjunction with parent/teacher conference week, the fundraiser encourages parents already on campus to come in and browse. Schools also provide additional festivities throughout the week.

This year, both schools are holding Dads and Donuts–Tuesday for Yerba Buena; Wednesday for Willow, from 7:30-8:10 a.m.–at which dads and kids are invited to a spread of donuts, coffee and juice.

The Scholastic Book Fair is open to the public. Hours of operation are as follows:

Yerba Buena:  Monday-Thursday, 8:15 a.m. to 3; Friday, 8:15 to 11 a.m.

Willow:  Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.; Friday, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
