The Lab Offers 5 Course Beer Pairing Dinner
Beer lovers, The Lab Brewing Company is offering a special dinner Tuesday night.

is offering its first ever beer pairing dinner Tuesday night.
Both Roger “Dr. Hops” Bott and Chef Moez will be on hand to lead a discussion about the beer and food and answer your questions. Dinner starts at 6:30pm and costs $65 per person.

- Course one is a special selection of artisan cheese served with fig jam organic honey and crackers. (Paired with The LAB XPA)
- Course two is a Dungeness crab and ahi tuna tower with sushi rice, sweet peppers and avocado. (Paired with The LAB Wit)
- Course three is pan seared salmon spice with coriander and orange zest surf on a bed of French green lentils. (Paired with The Lab Take Her Home Tripel)
- Course four is beer braised short ribs with horse radish mash potatoes. (Paired with The Lab Big Ass Red)
- Course five is fresh peanut butter and white chocolate turnover served warm a la mode. (Paired with The Lab Cold Fusion Coffee Porter)
