Whiskeroo Contest Returns to Conejo Valley Days
The contest will be held Sunday, June 23 at 3:00 p.m. on the Conejo Valley Days Carnival Stage.
The Whiskeroo Contest is returning to Conejo Valley Days. After an over-decade-long hiatus, contestants will have an opportunity to show off their beards in one of five categories: Longest Beard, Softest Beard, Best Moustache, Best Goatee and Best Overall Beard.
The contest will be held Sunday, June 23 at 3:00 p.m. on the CVD Carnival Stage. To enter, call or text Steve Comstock, Whiskeroo Contest organizer, at 805-908-2248.
The 68th Annual Conejo Valley Days is set for June 20 through June 30 (dark, June 24 and 25) at at Conejo Creek Park South (23 Freeway/Janss Rd. exit) in Thousand Oaks. Festival goers can enjoy carnival rides from Kastl Amusements plus midway games for all ages along with traditional fair foods and live music.

Active-duty military with military I.D., free. $40 unlimited ride wristbands are available for June 20 only. Discounted ride tickets can be purchased on the website: 10 rides for $30 (if purchased before 3 p.m., June 20), $5 parking.
