City Of Alameda: Sherman Street/Atlantic Avenue Road Closure December 6-30

November 30, 2021

The intersection at Atlantic Avenue/Sherman Street will be reconfigured to allow for the Clement Avenue extension.  . Starting Monday, December 6th through Thursday, December 30th, there will be no through traffic on Sherman, between Eagle Avenue and Wind River Road. The road closure and detours will be in place 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Message boards are installed with road closure and detour information.  

Access to Jean Sweeney Open Space Park and the parking lot off Sherman will remain open and accessible.
