Police Announce 8 Arrests For Alameda Thefts

The police department worked with the California Highway Patrol and businesses at the South Shore Shopping Center.

ALAMEDA, CA — The Alameda Police Department continues to crack down on retail thefts, announcing a recent operation that resulted in the arrest of eight people and the recovery of dozens of stolen items.

Alameda Police partnered with the California Highway Patrol’s Golden Gate Division Organized Retail Crime Task Force for the operation, along with the cooperation of businesses at the South Shore Shopping Center.
