The following provides a summary of actions taken by the City Council as part of the special & regular meetings on March 21, 2022:

Closed Session: The Council reported that there was no reportable action.

Study Session: The Council received presentations on the Housing Element 2023-2031 Progress Report and the San Pablo Specific Draft Plans.

Strategic Plan Implementation Status Update: The Council received a status update regarding the implementation of the City Council Strategic Plan July 2021 - December 2022.

Additional Meeting of the Community Task Force on Policing: The Council authorized one additional meeting of the Community Task Force on Policing.

Request for Financial Contribution to Upcoming Solano Avenue Association Events: The Council authorized financial contribution and co-sponsorship of upcoming Solano Avenue Association events and programming in the amount of $25,000 ($15,000 from Council Discretionary Funds & $10,000 from American Rescue Plan Act Funds) and ask that Solano Avenue Association to work with Albany public safety personnel on their events and programming.
