OAKLAND, CA — Delays are expected on the southbound I-880 Freeway in Oakland after a semi-truck overturned during a crash Monday morning, according to traffic officials.
It's unclear exactly how the crash happened. The California Highway Patrol received a report of the crash just after 11 a.m. on the southbound I-880 at 29th Street, according to 511 SF Bay.
