Claremont Club & Spa In Spotlight For Afternoon Tea
The Bay Area News Group gathered a list of places to indulge this growing trend.
BERKELEY, CA — Afternoon tea is gaining in popularity, thanks to a TikTok trend started by a Canadian woman who posts anonymously as Queen of Afternoon Tea.
She extols the virtues of a proper afternoon tea, which includes a three-tier plate with petite sandwiches or other savories on the bottom, scones in the middle, and sweets on the top.
In fact, tea is being touted as a growing trend at tea shops, restaurants and hotels around the Bay Area.
