Notably, a truck fire has resulted in a SigAlert and the blockage of the right and center lanes on I-80 eastbound west of El Portal Drive in San Pablo. Collisions are reported on the I-80 eastbound ramp to 4-East, and I-880 southbound at Whipple Street in Hayward.
