How long can you remember a friend? A dolphin might just have you beat, according to a new study.

  1. The City Council has picked a new temporary city chief. Former city employee John Whitman will call the shots while a permanent replacement for Mark Pulone can be found. Pulone has been hired as city manager for Yorba Linda.
