The Falcons won the <a href="https://patch.com/A-hKSF" rel="nofollow">NFL Flag Football South Orange County </a>championship, for the 7 to 8 age bracket, Saturday with a league finish of 6-0 and tournament finish of 3-0. The team, which includes classmates from Aliso Viejo — Ryan Rodas, Wyatt Gillespie, Tyler Wetmore, Joey Purcell, Jaden Eun, Christian Twellman, Locke, Blake Morales, and Matthew Auriemma. The team was lead by Coach Marcus Wentmore and Matt Keil. The 49ers won the championship for the 9 to 11 division.  The 49ers includes six local Aliso Viejo team members — Adrian Amador, Rees Garcia, Evan Zimmer, Henry Westfall, Austin LeRoy and Chris Hynson.  Surrounding community winning 49ers include Dylan Rios, Marc Tagle, Drake Gulla and Brandon Gorski. Congratulations to both teams!
