Mites Ice Hockey program members play a demonstration game at the Staples Center.

Members of the local Mites Ice Hockey Program from the Ice Palace in Aliso Viejo skated a demonstration game during the first period intermission at the Los Angeles Kings verses Nashville Predators game March 17 at Staples Center.

To the music of the "Peanuts" theme, 10 local players and their coaches took the ice in front of 18,000 fans. The game concluded at 0-0, White Kings versus Black Kings.

The Kings defeated the Predators 4-2 in a late season victory with playoff implications.
