Inside the Twisty Case — and the Murderer's Shocking Identity (people.com) — A deadly 2018 package bomb at a day spa in Aliso Viejo killed owner Ildiko Krajnyak and injured two clients, shocking the community. Years of investigation led to ex-boyfriend and business partner Stephen Beal being convicted on federal charges and sentenced in 2024 to life plus 30 years in prison for building and planting the device.
