Police Calls: Drugs, Fire Pit Smoke and Stolen Liquor

Here is a list of recent calls to the Orange County Sheriff's Department from Aliso Viejo:

Thursday

  • A possible bag of drugs was spotted on Hillrose around noon.
  • A mom called police after smelling something that made her suspicious her kids were smoking drugs on Hillrose. The call came around 10:30 a.m.
Wednesday
  • A woman argued with neighbors over smoke from a fire pit entering her home on Phoebe Court. The call came around 6:45 p.m.
  • Someone stole liquor from the Stater Bros. on La Paz around 5 p.m.
  • A man, woman and three small children were seen panhandling in front of Smashburger on Aliso Creek Road around 4:30 p.m.
  • Kids were seen playing with the sigal button at Vantis and Aliso Viejo Parkway, then running across the street and doing a dance around 3:20 p.m.
