ALTADENA, CA — An on-ramp in Altadena for the eastbound 210 Freeway closed late Friday morning, slowing down traffic through the city.
The closure occurred around 11:15 a.m., according to a Sigalert. Officials did not say why the on-ramp was closed, except that it will last for at least two hours.
Traffic on the freeway slowed between Howard Street and Marengo Avenue.
