Altadena Library Hosts Third Thursdays Poet Reading

1 This month’s Third Thursdays Poet Reading at the Altadena Library features Poets Peter Ludwin and Lois P. Jones. Ludwin is a multiple-award winning poet who has been a recipient of the Literary Fellowship from Artist Trust and the W.D. Snodgrass Award. Jones hosts “Poet’s Café” (KPFK 90.7 fm), and co-hosts the Monday Series in West Los Angeles. The reading starts at 7 p.m.

2. The Altadena Library will host an Infant and Toddler Storytime today at 11 a.m. in the Main Library Community Room.

3. Thursday’s forecast is sunny with a high of 85 degrees. The overnight low is expected to be 60 degrees, according to the National Weather Service.
