Eight Seats Up For Grabs On Altadena Town Council

The election to fill the open seats on the Altadena Town Council will be held Nov. 2 through 6 of this year.

ALTADENA, CA — Residents have until Oct. 8 to submit their application materials to run for Altadena Town Council.

The Town Council acts as an advisory board to various Los Angeles County departments, officials said. Eight seats are up for grabs this year.

“Running for Altadena Town Council and voting in this local election is important to our community,” Chris O’Malley, the chair of the Council’s Election Committee, said in a statement. “The bigger the turnout, the more legitimacy the Council possesses in our dealings with L.A. County.”

Election application materials are available on the Altadena Town Council website. The election will take place from Nov. 2 to Nov. 6.
