Elderly Man Has Been Missing Since Eaton Fire, Authorities Seek Help
Juan Francisco Espinoza was last seen in the 10 block of La Venezia Court in Altadena on Jan. 7, authorities said.

ALTADENA, CA — Authorities are seeking the public's help in finding a missing 74-year-old man last seen in Altadena during the Eaton Fire, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
Juan Francisco Espinoza was last seen around 7 p.m. in the 10 block of La Venezia Court in Altadena on Jan. 7, authorities said.
Espinoza resides in a fire zone and the LASD said he may have been displaced as a result of the Eaton Fire. It's unclear where he may have headed and his family is concerned for his well-being, the LASD said in a statement on social media.

The 74-year-old is five feet, five inches tall and weighs 165 pounds. He has black and grey hair that's medium length, brown eyes and a full brown beard. He was wearing blue overalls when he was last seen on Jan. 7, according to the LASD.
The LASD asks that anyone with information on Espinoza's whereabouts contact the department's missing persons detail at 323-890-5500.
