Ann Palmer, a 4th grade teacher at Jefferson Elementary in Pasadena and a member of the school's PTA, has the following request for Altadena alumni:
The PTA is celebrating its centennial year of volunteering for Jefferson. The 100th birthday party will take place at Jefferson Elementary School on Sat., Oct 1st from 10:00 until 2:00. We are located at 1500 E. Villa Ave., in Pasadena. Tours of the campus will be given to returning alumni. Craft booths, games, food, and police and fire department demonstrations are just some of the fun that has been scheduled. The monies earned from this special event are earmarked for our Computer and Technology Lab
