Missing Altadena Teen Found Safe
A teenage by with a medical condition who went missing from an Altadena group home two days ago has been found unharmed.
ALTADENA, CA — A 16-year-old diabetic boy who went missing in Altadena two days ago and was without his medication has been found, sheriff's officials reported Thursday afternoon.
The sheriff's department had asked Thursday morning for public help in tracking down Dejuan Rhodes, who disappeared about 9:30 p.m. Tuesday from his group home in the 2900 block of El Nido Drive.
The teen, who is insulin dependent, is safe and in good condition, but no other details were released.
