What's the Right Age to Have a Cell Phone?
A question every parent will ponder, or potentially hear endless begging about: cell phones.

Cell phones are part luxury, part necessity in today's age of digital communication. But when you see a kindergartner dig past her crayons for the iPhone mom sent her off to school with, you've got to wonder, how young is too young for cell phones?
Kids start asking for them at younger and younger ages and some parents seem to feel they are an important item for a child to have for her own safety.
But then again, if our own adult habits are any indicator, most of the time spent on the cell phone is going towards playing Angry Birds, texting, or downloading apps.
