250 Without Power During Planned Outages

Approximately 250 customers will remain in the dark Thursday while Southern California Edison replaces two wooden distribution poles.

SCE representative David Song said the utility planned two outages to accommodate the work.

Due to security concerns, Edison would not reveal the locations of the outages or say when power would be restored to all customers.
